Rear Floor Project for Sedan — Foshan Phase-2 Integration

This is a Foshan second phase integration project with a rate of 60JPH, 95% automation, and a 3-model flexible line. The line was originally used to produce two models of four cars, and is now integrated into the 3rd model (one model of two cars). The current line produces three models of six cars.
- Main processes include: spot welding, robot gluing, MAG welding, stud welding, and more.
- Designed for multi-model, multi-vehicle flexible production with stable quality control.
